He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from A.T. Still University and pursued his advanced training in periodontics at NYU, continuing to refine his expertise with the latest industry advancements.
Dedicated to ongoing professional development, Dr. Akhavan recently achieved certification in LANAP laser surgery, highlighting his passion for incorporating innovative treatments into his practice. As a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, he stands among the most skilled and respected professionals in his field.
When not treating patients, Dr. Akhavan enjoys exploring new destinations and unwinding by the beach with his wife, Jessica.
